Freya Sailing is a sailing company whose teaching methods, structures and services are based on years of experience, making its clients wishes come true.

The sectors in which we mainly operate are two: Charter and Sailing School. But we are always pleased to integrate the two things for our clients.

The company is directed by a married couple: Manuela and Mario Tomasini who are both professional skippers. Mario is a veteran european windsurf champion who dedicates all his life to sailing while his wife Manuela acquired a deep passion for boats during her long stay in Australia.

They both worked together in a shipyard to restore the two 45' feet classic sailing boats of Sparkman & Stephens. Their biggest desire was to bring the two boats back to their glory days since up to then they had been abandoned.

In fact they spent quite a long time in the shipyard to check all the equipment and if necessary to substitute it, of course maintaining all the original parts. It was hard work to make them “shine” again but it was worth it because Freya II and Taotaj now rappresent the symbol of “Freya Sailing”.

Aboard these boats you can still feel the traditional meaning of sailing and together with their elegance and the sympathy of the crew you can turn your dream cruise into reality.
